All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your OKSPlay account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. OKSPlay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

OKSPlay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. OKSPlay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
OKSPlay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the OKSPlay Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
OKSPlay may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of OKSPlay's privacy obligations to you.
You may close your OKSPlay account at any time by contacting OKSPlay support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from your use of the OKSPlay Platform shall first be submitted to OKSPlay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
